How does it work ?
Very easily ! You just have to browse through the galleries of Badmintonphoto.com (BP), to choose your photos add them to your favourites or directly to your cart, before ordering them in one of the sizes which suits you best, whether it is a printed copy or electronic version.
Then, once your successful payment (confirmation of your Credit card or reception of your wire transfer), we will send the computer file to our Photo Laboratory which prints photos and sends them to you directly at your postal address. In case of an order of the "Web" size (digital file), you will receive your photo by e-mail, without the logo BP, few hours after you have ordered it.
Who can use this service?
Anyone ! The access is free. Every individual can order a photo of his idol, or his own photos, or those of a friend or a member of his family, to make him(her) a present, for example. However, the use of these photos (prints or digital) has to be kept to a private and personal use. For any other type of use (Publicity, Add, Sponsor, Media, etc), please contact us
Why order a printed copy of a top player ?
If you are a badminton fan, there is very few ways of getting top professional quality pictures of your idols. We are bringing you this new service.
- You can order prints before a big event, then you will go and have your idols sign your photo, which will then be a unique souvenir.
- You can order a set of prints for club rewards. Youngsters from all over the world would definitely enjoy printed copies of high quality photos framed as a reward after a competition.
- You can give your personal website a professional touch by getting high quality photos with the new digital version.
- For special occasions, we can also have a special autographed session (price may then vary) by the players themselves.
What are the possible sizes (formats) of edition?
By concern of simplicity, we offer at the moment three sizes (formats). Other particular request is possible on a case by case basis.
The format " Classic " : size of 15 X 20 centimetres (6 X 8 inches) framed in black or white: 9 euro (8 euros each for an order of more than 3 photos)
The format "Deluxe" : size of 20 X 30 centimetres (8 X 12 inches), framed in black or white : 15 euro (13 euros for an order of more than 3 photos)
NEW! The "Web” format (digital file) is available, in version 600 X 400 pixels and 72 dpi, aware that these files are intended to stay on your personal site or your own personal computer.
Cost for treatment and shipping of all three formats is 3 euro (within a limit of 10 photos). For more photos, contact us.
I am a top player, how can I get my photos ?
We have made special deals for players who are in the database and any player who is part of his National federation can get a special price for either printed copies or digital photos. We are also help to help them promote themselves and have dedicated a website for this (www.badmintonplayers.net). We can help you get post cards done, posters, etc. Don’t hesitate to contact us : info@badmintonphoto.com
May I refuse to appear on your data base?
Of course, we respect the freedom of each not to appear on our data base of photos, as we respect International regulations in this matter. If you want not to appear any more on our website, please send to us an e-mail to info@badmintonphoto.com, by indicating us the references of one or several photos, and we shall remove them from our data base.
How can I pay ?
There are three different payments available :
- By Credit card (Visa, Master Cards and American express depending on your country of origin)
- By Paypal (secured site)
- By Wire transfer (on-line account number BP)
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us that the order has been taken in account.
Attention: Orders will be handled only from the moment your payment has been successful.
How long before I get my photos ?
Photos are usually put online few days after the major competitions. Regarding you own orders, once your payment has been confirmed, we will be sending the photos generally within a week – sometimes before. Times then depends on your postal service and the country you are ordering from. General average time is 10 days to 2 weeks in total.
May I be notified when new photos are updated on your data base?
Yes, and it is very easy. At anytime before the photos are put online just write down your address e-mail in the right box of the home page and choose in the drop-down menu the name of the tournament which interests you. When photos are published, an e-mail will be automatically sent to you. You may also subscribe for all updates.
This data base of e-mails will be strictly confidential, will be given up to no third party and on any account used in commercial purposes
What are the quality standard of prints ?
We work with professional photographers, who know how to optimise the quality of their pictures. Furthermore, you can see on-line photos, and will know exactly what you buy.
Once ordered, photos are worked again to be of an optimal quality, and sent to our professional Laboratory
If you are not satisfied with an printed edition, you may send us back the copy and we will then send back to you another printed copy of the same photo as soon as possible, without additional charges.
Is it possible to have the digital size (format) of our photos?
Yes, and it is new at BadmintonPhoto.com ! We can send you the digital files sending by e-mail without logo BP. We remind you that this electronic version is for a personal use only. The size is 400 X 600 pixels in 72 dpi, which allows you to have a good quality photo for a full screen picture.
Photos in high resolution are not generally given up for concerns of control of the use of copyright.
My club, my federation, media or sponsors/merchants would like to use one of your photos, how can it be done?
Thanks to the partnership of BP with many Federations including the IBF, we offer the cheapest rates of the market in terms of Photo agencies. For any further information, please contact us.
